Church Planting & Development
Panama is best known for its canal and serving to bridge the North and South American continents. Now, new Free Methodist work is beginning in Panama. This work is focused on participating with God in the restoration of this strategic country - in ways that connect and bridge women and men with God's love and purpose for their lives. A Free Methodist elder originally from Panama, Anthony Owen, an experienced church planter, decided to return to his native country in early 2023. His work in Panama will be concentrated on planting churches that multiply disciples, developing leaders, and reproducing transformational churches. The epicenter of the ministry will be near Panama City and move further out over time.
