J.R. & Becky Crouse

Assigned to Quito, Ecuador, the Crouses assist the Free Methodist Church in Ecuador and Latin America through leadership development, education and holistic transformation. J.R. serves on an international team of coaches equipping local churches to launch and lead ministries focused on holistic community transformation. He also mentors leaders and serves on a committee that guides ministerial candidates.
Becky contributes to the development of healthy leaders by serving in leadership training ministries throughout Ecuador and Latin America. Her work includes training facilitators who teach ministerial formation courses and equipping children’s workers who use the Roots Spanish curriculum.
